Each project is scoped around the client’s budget and requirements. Final pricing, delivery milestones, support and any third-party costs depend on the agreed scope. Applications and operational systems receive a custom quotation after discovery. Meeting times are arranged with you, rather than inferred from an unconfirmed calendar.

SheraAI is based in Pakistan and works with clients across time zones. Meeting times and a practical review cadence are agreed with the client. Remote delivery does not imply an overseas office or round-the-clock availability. Written decisions, a visible prototype and agreed milestones help the team review the same work between meetings.

We use those constraints to propose a useful scope, identify dependencies and discuss a phased approach where appropriate. A release should identify the owner of hosting, domains, provider accounts and source access. We discuss documentation, editing responsibilities, environment configuration and the support period before launch. If an integration depends on a system outside this website, its availability and acceptance checks must be resolved before promising a working handover.
