01 / PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS
Two audiences, two connected experiences
Families need a clear introduction to the school and a useful enquiry path. Staff need accurate records and an interface that fits the working day. We treat the public website and the operational system as different experiences, with a deliberate connection where the school needs one.
02 / PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS
Start with the implemented My LMS platform
My LMS brings students, attendance, fee records, examinations, assignments and campus administration into role-based workflows. It is a school management product, not a claim that every school receives AI tutoring or an identical integration. A discussion about deployment starts with the institution’s roles, campus structure and current process.
03 / PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS
Scope the admissions handover
A website enquiry is not automatically an enrolled student. The admissions process may involve review, communication, documents and a decision by the school. Any connection should retain those responsibilities, define permissions and avoid exposing student records through the public site.
04 / PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS
Introduce the system around the school day
Historical records, fee structures and exam processes need a reviewed setup. We agree which information is imported, who can access it and how staff will verify it. Screenshots on this site use demonstration data and do not imply school adoption or measured institutional outcomes.
